Warranties Watches NEW - All new watches sold by Watch Expo are guaranteed to be genuine and in new condition, and are also guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of at least two year. While the incidence of defects in new watches is extremely low, there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. In all cases any warranty work will be handled by Watch Expo. to insure quick and timely turn around time. In addition, Watch Expo. keeps detailed sales records so that we may better answer your questions regarding past purchases (such as warranty work or insurance appraisals in the event of loss). Watch Expo uses only AUTHORIZED service centers for the particular brand. In our experience, most warranty work requires simple adjustments or battery replacement. However in the event of a return for repairs of watches under warranty, Watch Expo reserves the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion. Water damage or damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered by any manufacturer or by Watch Expo. Warranty does not include routine maintenance, like cleaning and battery replacement. Watch Expo will not be responsible for any shipping charges, or damage due to neglect or misuse of the watch.
Vintage (Pre-owned) Watches - All watches sold by Watch Expo are guaranteed to be genuine and are guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of at least thirty days, some of our watches will carry a longer warranty depending on the watch.
While Watch Expo makes every attempt to make sure that the incidence of defects in our vintage and pre-owned watches are low (by servicing and overhauling every pre-owned watch we sell), there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary. In such cases, the watch will need to be returned to Watch Expo for service. Any work performed on your watch outside of Watch Expo, will be at the expense of you, the buyer. In addition, unauthorized service will result in voiding the warrantee of the watch. At our discretion we might authorize some miner work but a purchase order must be obtained from Watch Expo. In our experience, most warranty work requires simple only adjustments. However, in the event of a return for repairs of watches under warranty, Watch Expo reserves the right to repair the watch, as we deem necessary. Watch Expo will gladly accept the return or exchange of undamaged merchandise within 30 days from when your order was shipped out of our warehouse. Certain conditions may apply, please read the full policy below.
We offer a customer satisfaction guarantee or your money back. This policy means that if the item is not as described then return it for a refund within 7 business days.
If the item is as described, you may return it less shipping and a 20% restocking charge within 30 days from when your order was shipped out of our warehouse. Please be aware of this at the time of purchase. If the item is returned, it must be returned in the exact condition as shipped with box and any other papers or items that it was shipped with. If an item is resized or engraved, the refund is void. If a customer would like to make a special order, the refund is void. All of our watch movements are guaranteed for two years. If there is any mechanical failure with those two years (not including damage by the user), then return it and our authorized watch repairman will fix it. The product must be in new, unused, and unworn with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets. Please note that special orders CARRY A NO RETURN POLICY. Before returning an item, please obtain a return authorization number by calling 949-566-9006 New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the item, including tags and boxes.
